The Orion LaserMate Deluxe II Laser Collimator (SKU: ORO-05691) is an indispensable diagnostic tool engineered to unlock peak optical performance from Newtonian reflectors, Dobsonian telescopes, and fast Newtonian astrographs. Innovative Rear-View Target Window
Traditional laser collimators require you to stand near the focuser while making adjustments to the primary mirror at the rear of the telescope tube. The LaserMate Deluxe II features an angled rear-view bullseye target port, allowing a single observer standing at the back of the telescope to clearly view the returning red laser spot while simultaneously tweaking the primary mirror adjustment knobs.
Simply turn the adjustment knobs until the red laser spot centers on the bullseye target—and your primary mirror is aligned!

Enhanced CNC Aluminum Body
The second-generation Deluxe II model incorporates an improved, all-aluminum chassis featuring a wider 3 mm (0.12 in) barrel flange. This shoulder ensures the collimator rests square and flush against the focuser lip, parallel to the optical axis.
Marked On/Off Dial & Compact Size
Measuring approximately 101.6 mm (4 in) in length, this compact tool fits neatly in any eyepiece accessory case. The marked rotary power dial prevents accidental activation during transport to conserve battery life.
