Explore the Wonders of Deep Space & the Solar System
Discover the beauty of our Solar System and beyond with the Celestron AstroMaster 130EQ Newtonian Reflector Telescope Bundle. Featuring a large 130 mm (5.11 in) light-gathering mirror and a quick no-tool setup, this optical tube provides detailed views of Saturn's rings, Jupiter's moons, the Orion Nebula, and lunar crater details.
Manual German Equatorial Mount (CG-3)
The AstroMaster 130EQ features a German Equatorial CG-3 mount equipped with two slow-motion control cables. These enable smooth, fine-point adjustments along both Right Ascension (RA) and Declination (DEC) axes, allowing you to easily counteract Earth's rotation and track celestial objects as they drift across the night sky.
Supported by a full-height steel tripod with 31.75 mm (1.25 in) legs and an adjustable height from 812.8 mm to 1295.4 mm (32 in to 51 in), the mount provides a rigid, vibration-resistant observing platform complete with a deluxe accessory tray.
130 mm (5.11 in) Mirror
345x greater light gathering power than the naked human eye.
Smartphone Digiscoping Adapter
Connect your smartphone to any 34 mm outer diameter / 31.75 mm (1.25 in) eyepiece using the rigid, lightweight adapter measuring 165.1 mm x 114.3 mm x 25.4 mm (6.5 in x 4.5 in x 1 in) and weighing only 56.7 g (2 oz) to capture photos and videos directly.
Dual Eyepieces & 2x Barlow / T-Adapter
Includes a 20 mm (0.78 in) erect-image eyepiece (33x) and a 10 mm (0.4 in) standard eyepiece (65x). The included 2x Barlow lens doubles magnification to 66x and 130x, while its integrated T-threads allow direct camera attachment.
