Orion 2" Zero-Profile Prime Focus Camera Adapter
Eliminate back-focus bottlenecks entirely. Designed specifically for prime-focus astrophotography, the Orion Zero-Profile 2-Inch Adapter removes the redundant external housing found on standard adapters. By allowing your camera sensor to sit as deep as possible inside the focuser, it secures critical inward focal travel—making impossible focal planes perfectly achievable.
Key Engineering Features
Zero-Profile Architecture
Eschews external optical housing to provide the absolute closest possible in-travel inside any 2" focuser setup.
Universal M42 Interface
Directly couples to standard DSLR/SLR camera T-rings via precision-machined male T-threads.
Integrated Filter Cell
Fully threaded on the telescope-facing side to seamlessly house standard 2" astrophotography and LP filters.
